Top Refurbishment is owned and run by Daniele Pinna. It all started in 1998 in Italy when Daniele was just 17 years of age. He worked for his artisan family business, completing building, and refurbishment
Learning from the best whilst building an amazing reputable company, gave Daniele all the experience and knowledge he needed to branch out and start his own business.
Moving to Brighton, Daniele started his business Top Decorators and built it from the ground up. He had grown his client base with many happy customers and has a team of staff to expand his success. Now Daniele has diversified and opened Top refurbishment which has been operating for a period of 9 years.
Top refurbishment offers a completely personalised service, tailored to every client’s needs as well as the needs of their property. Professional and dedicated, Daniele and his team work tirelessly on every project, treating their client's home as if it were their own.

"The Victorian concrete stairs up to our front door had seen better days. The house is over 140 years old so they've seen a lot of feet! The material was cracked, crumbling and letting in water to the basement flat below. Dan was great. I called, he came to view & quote the job. Straightforward, honest and confident that the job could be done well, he wasn't joking. Along with his co-worker Tony, they arrived this morning and got straight on with prepping the staircase for the fresh rendering. Cracks and holes with debris were cleared and the repair works undertaken. The service and high quality finish was definitely above my expectations and I could not be happier with the finished results. Price-wise too, Dan charged a fair rate and I would definitely use the company again for more work I have coming up. Thanks Dan!"

"Great professional job! Daniele and his team did a wonderful transformation in our bedroom. They dismantled an old and bulky built-in wardrobe, insulated, soundproofed and made good the wall and ceiling. They re-installed plugs, sockets and electrical switches and finished with a smooth white coat. They were quick, professional and Daniele has been reliable and helpful throughout the whole process. Competitive prices, I absolutely recommend him and his team!"

"We had new shower room tiled by JB tiling 4 years ago. I was not really happy with the finish back then and had to get them back. The poor quality eventually caused massive damp problems as the tiles fell away and the grout fell out. They had not waterproofed below tiles and had used cement instead of grout. I called in Dan and his team. They did an excellent job explaining everything as they went along and checked I was happy. Dan keeps you informed all along about timing and access. They completely stripped back everything, tanked the walls before re-tiling and sealing everything. I was very pleased with the work."
